Allen Keys (hexagonal wrenches)
A hexagonal wrench, also known as an Allen key, is a simple tool used to drive bolts and screws with hexagonal sockets in the head. For example, socket head cap screws. There are short arm and long arm varieties, the latter being for reaching into awkward and inaccessible locations. Also there is a moulded plastic T handle range, which enables a good grip to tighten the screws and bolts more securely. For larger size screws there is a 7 piece hexagonal bit set available on the Draper tools page for tightening with a socket wrench or torque wrench.
